Soon after the Minneapolis bridge disaster we read of a newly constructed bridge in China collapsing on the 13th August exactly 13 days  (counting both dates) after the Minnesota bridge event.

From 13th August to 14th September (Rosh Hoshanah) is 33 days counting both dates.
 
From 13th August to 31st August (Diana death date) is 18 days.
 
So, from 13 forwards to 13 backwards (31st) is 18 days.
 
1331 = 11 x 11 x 11
 
18 = 6+6+6.
