I am praying this will go very well.  Maybe you will see the meteor
showers from your hotel room the night before--but perhaps they don't
take people into the hospital the night before, as they did years ago.
I think it's awful to have to get up before dawn and drive yourself to
the hospital for surgery that day!

I am praying, too, for your relative who needs salvation...have
continued to do this since the request.  Please continue to pray for my
son's salvation.  He is a "hard nut to crack" but the Lord is in the
nut-cracking business.

Love to you as you go into this challenging time!  May the nurses all
be sweet to you.
