To my wife and I we always laugh when we see 4:44 on our clocks.  when I retired and moved to Stockton in 2000 we had a lot of collectibles and antiques and went about 3 times to a flea market in Placerville, California, half way between Sacramento and Reno, Nevada.  We would have to get up at 3:45 OR 4 AM TO get there by opening time at 6.
 
All three times when we were finally on the road we would look  at the time and it was 4:44
We thought that was so strange we have never forgotten 4:44 AM
Besides noticing that major events or items i wrote were always on the 27th of a month, 4:44 is the only time that has remained on my mind for some reason.....perhaps rapture could occur at 4:44 morning or evening, but i suspect that would be Jerusalem time
