"IAEA chipping llamas in Peru with sensors"

The news item below tells how Digital Angel has been commissioned by the Atomic Agency ( UN ) to implant llamas
with the subdermal chip for "condition monitoring " , meaning these chips will have sensors to detect bodily data in an area of radiation. Since DA is now merged with AD ( automatic merger with Verichip), we can see how the global institution like the UN will be wanting "condition monitoring" for humans also in the future.

SO. ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Digital Angel Corporation (Amex:DOC), an advanced technology company in the field of rapid and accurate identification, location tracking and condition monitoring of high-value assets, announced today that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which is an agency of the United Nations, has awarded Digital Angel a tender to microchip llamas in Peru. The IAEA wants to ensure the llama population remains unaffected from nearby nuclear power plants. The initial order calls for 1,000 microchips and two readers.
