What possibilities are behind the restructuring of the Verichip Companies ? ( Applied Digital and Digital Angel ).
We have perceived a MAJOR value-shift here. Verichip was intended for people, and it was for ID purposes only. But even so, it is damnable, according to Rev. 14: 9-11.

The overall goal for an implanted chip is for CONTROL by the System. The main objective of a subdermal chip is to provide networking to a database. Verichip is basically a data-chip.

The AD ( Applied Digital ), DA ( Digital Angel ) and Verichip Companies are extremely Roman in their marketing.
The Romans believed in "Divide and conquer". The subdermal 3 Companies have divided their intentions in 3 ways.
Dividing is expressed through gradualism (or stages, or steps ) to their Control-Goal.

First, they separated Verichip from the other 2 companies, thereby making the Verichip goals alone acceptable to the FDA and the general public ( though never acceptable by God ). They claimed to be ethical by stating the efficacy and convenience of their product ( Verimed System for all medical and other databases ). They used fear tactics such as : IDs for kidnapping scenarios, for security purposes against terrorism and exploitation by foreign workers, for ID-ing military personnel in a fatal situation, and on and on. We already have workable alternatives for those situations.

Verichip knew that the general public would hesitate to accept a chip that relegated humanity to the status of an animal. So they made sure to keep the Digital Angel Company out of sight when showcasing their Verichip product.

So, through gradualism, they made Verichip palatable to the masses by presenting the so-called "benefits" of their product, when in actuality they master-minded long ago to enslave the population with this implantable device.

Today, Digital Angel is now merged with AD which is also an automatic merger with Verichip ( plus they embarked on a joint-venture of DA with VC on July 19, 2007 ). Out of this mix, Digital Angel now predominates the implanted chip business. 
DA is the manufacturer of the Verichip, along with all of its capabilities that were formerly hidden in their agenda previously.  ( 'occult' means hidden ) .
Verichip merely markets the product .
[ We also look for VeriChip to change their name when the final product is ready for global financial applications.

It most likely will change to the name of the Beast. Only time will tell. ]

What major value-shift does this merger exhibit ?  ... a very dark and sinister moral change. Because now the VeriChip will be considered a chip for animals as equally as for humans ( meaning there is basically no difference). This is the end product of evolutionary-thinking. The evolution-lie is formulated on the premise that man is basically an animal and that when he dies, there is no eternity, there is just oblivion. That is the foremost lie of Satan, straight from the pit.

Digital Angel was given free-reign to manufacture their animal-chip without restraints regarding any consequences because it was used for animals, and not for humans. But now that they have performed their bait-and-switch tactics, we see the Verichip in its full revelation, a Control chip for surveillance, and also equipped with monitoring sensors.

By this merger, man is now considered the same as an animal; man is now considered to be an "asset". This merger wants to portray man as a mere object. But, as many have said before me : we are not pets, nor are we inventory.

We are created in the image of the Living God with a body, soul and spirit. ( 1 Thessalonians 5: 23 ) .We will live forever in eternity and we are destined for either heaven or hell, based upon our moral choices in life that stem from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We either have a relationship with the God-man Jesus, or we do not.
We either obey the Biblical command to resist the subdermal 666 chip, or we do not.

The System wants to discredit the outcry from Christians that the Bible absolutely forbids taking this Control-chip under the skin in the right hand or forehead. Rev. 13: 16-18. The System wants to erase any thought of consequences or accountability to Almighty God. The System wants to destroy the wisdom of the Bible and claim that there is no eternity -- no heaven or hell. The system wants us to think that we are merely animals and that when we die, it is all over. They want us to think only of the here and now ( existentialism )... to be concerned with basic functions like eating;  to insure our "right" to that function every day here on earth , and to just forget about tomorrow. ( eternity ).

With this merger and restructuring of AD - DA ,  we will also have the added misfortune of not being able to retrieve any backlog data concerning these companies, since they will no longer exist, and all their former press releases will become obsolete and will be off-line on the Computer. No more researching about their incremental pragmatism.

We have all heard of the technique of gradualism. It is like placing a frog in a pot filled with cool water. Then the System slowly starts the flame under the pot, elevating the water to a mere warm degree; then they turn up the temperature -- bit by bit -- until the water is far too hot for anything to live in it, and hence the frog dies.

AD, DA and VC have taken the global public -- and instead of placing them in a Hot container from which we would all jump out --  they made their 'pot of applications'  lukewarm. Then --- while we weren't looking -- they turned up the heat until the final product will put takers into the Lake of Fire. How Roman. How gradual, filled with incremental divisions.

All the news articles about the merger of AD and DA spell out only the financial and stock implications. But that is a subterfuge.. a cover-up , an excuse for the main reason: and that is to merge compromising technologies, as explained above.... that the VeriChip will have no more restraints, and will be manufactured for
" human-animals " who have no eternity ( their implication). 
We DO have an eternity, and we will all stand before the Judge of heaven and earth.

Behind the System is Satan. Rev. 12 : 3 ( seven crowns upon his head ).
He is the god of this world ( 2 Corinthians 4:4 ) He is lord over the Beast-antichrist
( Rev. 13:4 and  2 Thessalonians 2:4 )  ) and he is lord over
the false prophet ( 2 Thessalonians 2: 9 ) and over the 666 System. Rev. 13 : 4 .

Let's look at his resume :  Iniquity ( deviousness ) was found in him. Ezekiel 28: 11- 19 
His own pride is his downfall. ( Isaiah 14: 13, 14 )
He is a pathological liar and a murderer John 8: 44 .
He is a thief, a destroyer, a robber and a killer. John 10:10
He's no good, and is out to devour every person, ruthlessly. 1 Peter 5: 8, 9

We hand our own soul over to him when we submit to the 666 System for daily bread, rather than heavenly bread.
