There is no doubt in my spirit but that all things come to pass on pre-ordained specific dates, as it relates to God's plan for the ages. This includes both the rapture of the Church, the start of the Tribulation period, the fulfilment of those incredible prophecies in Ezekiel 38-39, the Second Coming of Christ to the Earth, etcetera.

When Moses led the children of Israel through the desert, God taught them of His specifically timed feast days, and described Himself as Moedim Yahweh, meaning the God of fixed dates. He never does things haphazardly, or by the seat of his pants on a whim. Everything is both intentionally and purposefully planned out in minutae. We see a very clear New Testament example of this in the Book of Revelation --

"And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard

a voice from the four horns of the golden

altar which is before God,

Saying to the sixth angel which had the

trumpet, Loose the four angels which are

bound in the great river Euphrates.

And the four angels were loosed, which

were prepared for an hour, and a day, and

a month, and a year, for to slay the third

part of men."

- Revelation 9: 13-15

You can't get much more specific and pre-ordained. These angels had been prepared for this mission, which was to take place within not only a specific year ... but a specific month within that year. Not only a specific month, but a specific day, within the specific month, of that specific year. Then God takes it further, telling us they were not only prepared to perform a specific work on a specific day of a specific month of a specific year .... but that the deed was planned to transpire on a specific hour, of that specific day, of that specific month, of that specific year.

Listed below are some interesting "coincidences" which transpired on either the Gregorian date of September 11th, or the Hebrew date of Elul 23 --

September 10th, 1917 - Elul 23, 5677

Colonel Edward M. House (the right-hand-man for then President Woodrow Wilson), sends an emergency cable to the British government, advising them that President Wilson is against Britain issuing a declaration of support in favour of Zionism.

September 11th, 1921 - Elul 8, 5681

Nahalel, the first moshav (a co-operative agricultural community), is settled in Palestine (Israel).

September 11th, 1922 - Elul 18, 5682

The British Mandate for Palestine officially begins.

September 11th, 1941 - Elul 19, 5701

The official groundbreaking takes place, for the Pentagon Building.

September 11th, 1972 - Tishrei 3, 5753

The closing ceremonies of the summer Olympics takes place, in Germany. It was the selfsame Olympics where, just five days previously, what is known as the Munich Massacre occurred, in which 11 Israeli athletes were brutally murdered by a group of PLO terrorists, one of the leaders of which was Wael Zwaiter, the cousin of Yasser Arafat.

September 11th, 1978 - Elul 9, 5738

U. S. President, Jimmy Carter, Egyptian President, Anwar Sadat, and Israeli Prime Minister, Menachem Begin, meet at Camp David and commence the infamous "Peace Process", by agreeing on a framework for peace between Egypt and Israel. It also included a (so-called) comprehensive framework for peace in the Middle East, setting out broad principles to guide negotiations between Israel and the Arab States. The agreement also established some guidelines for a West Bank and Gaza transitional regime of full autonomy for Palestinians residing in those "territories".

September 11th, 1990 - Elul 21, 5750

United States President, George H. W. Bush, delivers a nationally televised speech, in which he threatens the use of force to remove Iraqi soldiers from Kuwait, which Iraq had invaded. For the very first time, he publicly mentions the phrase - New World Order.

September 11th, 1992 - Elul 13, 5752

Hurricane Iniki, one of the most damaging hurricanes in United States history of its time, devastates Hawaii, particularly the islands of Kauai and Oahu.

September 9th, 1993 - Elul 23, 5753

The devilish peace process continues, under pressure from then President William Jefferson Clinton. A deal is finalized between Israel and the terrorist leader of the P.L.O., Yasser Arafat, on this day, when Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin gives a formally signed letter of recognition to Arafat, in which Israel acknowledges the P.L.O. to be the representative of the Palestinian people. In turn, Arafat delivers a letter to both Rabin, and Norway's Foreign Minister, Johan Jorgen Holst (who guided the initial secret talks), in which Arafat agreed to: Recognize Israel as a State; Renounce the use of terrorism and other acts of violence; and Render inoperative those articles within the Palestinian Covenant which deny Israel's right to exist.

In an interesting turn of events, the formal public signing was held on the lawn of the Whitehouse four days later on September 13th, 1993, and then Holst himself died unexpectedly from a stroke exactly four months afterwards, on January 13th, 1994, a month for a day.

September 11th, 2001 - Elul 23, 5761

In an event that shocked the Western world, a terrorist attack destroyed both towers (and Building Seven) of the World Trade Center, located in the heart of New York City, killing almost three thousand people. Shortly thereafter an airliner (or possibly a missle), attacked the Pentagon Building, causing more carnage, on the 60th anniversary of it's 1941 groundbreaking ceremony.

September 11th, 2005 - Elul 7, 5765

The State of Israel completes its unilateral military disengagement from the Gaza strip, the forcible removal of all Jewish residents complete. In less than 15 minutes later, the first of the now abandoned Jewish Synagogues was set on fire by the Palestinians.
