As per my recent post, here is another example on God's sense of timing, and that he is a God of specific dates. Look at the obvious connection between these significant events --
ELUL 1, 5657 / August 29, 1897:
The first Zionist Congress was held, in Basel, Switzerland.
ELUL 1, 5721 / August 13, 1961:
Construction begins on the Berlin Wall, in Germany.

NOVEMBER 9, 1938 / Cheshvan 15, 5699:
Kristallnacht, the "Night of the Broken Glass" takes place, as the Germans violently attack their Jewish residents.
NOVEMBER 9, 1989 / Cheshvan 11, 5750:
The infamous Berlin Wall in Germany, comes crashing down.
