"Rosh Hashanah 2007-- 9/13
or 9/14?"
Dear
Doves,
I wanted to
re-present my findings concerning Rosh Hashanah as being on September 14th
with its start at sundown September 13 in Jerusalem. Below is my post on
July 19 that displays a table of the months in 2007 and highlighting Tishri
1. This is the "sighted" calendar--not the "observed" calendar. To see
the new moon from Jerusalem puts Rosh Hashanah one day later from September
13.

Below is a
link for the next visible new moon throughout the globe.

If the Trumpet
blows at first sundown sighting in Jerusalem, it would still put us in
the West at 9/13, but not on 9/12. If we are here past Jerusalem sundown
on 9/14, then it is time to regroup, but I don't believe so. Either way
we should be resting.
In Christ,
Daniel Matson
