Thanks to Alan, Donna & Roberta for setting the fact straight that Kana is not Cana. I first read it in the BBC web site when the Kana bombing was reported. Somehow the news article is no longer on the BBC site.I noticed too a lot of believers mistook Kana for Cana. Perhaps this is a sign from God concerning the rapture. Some may find the Kana-rapture association distasteful given the deaths of 50 over people of which the majority are children after the bombing. But there are a few intriguing clues:
1) It happened on the 5th day of the 5th month on the Hebrew calendar.
2) There are 55 days from July 30, 2006 to Sep 23, 2006,, Rosh Hashanah.
3) The Hebrew gematria for BRIDE is 55. Jesus famously turned the water into wine at a wedding in Cana -- His first miracle at the start of His ministry.
4) July 30 is the 19th day since the start of the Israel-Lebanon conflict on July 12. The word 'marriage' occurs a total of 19 times in the KJV Bible. The wedding of the Lamb is recorded in Revelation 19. The number 19 is intimately linked with marriage (link).
5) Since the children were innocent victims, they may be a type of raptured saints as described in Isa 57:1, "The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come."
Daniel Matson may be onto something with his two dates: Sep 23 & Nov 8.
