Dear Doves,

Below I attached a thought I communicated in May.

Following the war between Israel and Hezbollah (in Lebanon), what conclusion can one draw about America’s assurance that they are prepared to protect Israel? Today I still offer the same conclusion that I gave in May:

Conclusion: America is offering Israel to her enemy on a silver platter.

Today’s reason draws from an article from “The Jerusalem Post issued 31August 2006”. It says: ‘Germany will likely contribute more than 1,200 service personnel to the U.N. peacekeeping force for Lebanon, its defense minister said in remarks published Thursday’.  Their reason: ‘Berlin has ruled out sending combat troops into a situation where they might have to confront Israeli soldiers because of Germany's Nazi past’. (Emphasis is mine)

Therefore, behind the scenes everybody understands that confrontation can take place between Israel and the troops that are supposed to be assisting Israel. Question: Is the leadership in USA aware of all this? My answer: Yes!!

The above is just a thought for today!!

Dear Doves,

The USA continues to give assurances that they are prepared to protect Israel.  The question is whether such assurances are genuine or not? Three possible answers:

1.       Genuine and feasible

2.       Wishful desire / thinking or

3.       Just to mislead Israel into the trap of the enemy.

From the above, my choice is the third option, based on the following:

a)       America’s failure to protect New York City from Sep 2001 attacks.

b)       America’s failure to contain the situation in Iraq.

c)       Israel’s enemy is more equipped and sophisticated than situations (a) and/or (b).

Conclusion: America is offering Israel to her enemy on a silver platter.

The above is just a thought for today!!
