John, my husband and I are pilots, and the previous owner of our airplane,
a Cessna Skyhawk, had asked the FAA to approve a change in the identification
number of the plane.  This number is used in communications with air traffic
control as an identifier, and is painted on both sides of the airplane.
 
The new number:      N555WB
