Hi Kay,
This is just to update you if my mom hasnt done so.  We tried everything suggested in the letter below and the child abuse hotline is continuing to refuse to take my report.  DFS also refused my report saying it was not a warranted claim and unless Hayleigh has been raped or killed they will not step into the situation.  We could not even get them to send a worker out to check on Hayleigh.  I am so flusterated!!!!!!!!!
