Donna, thank you so much. I have forwarded your post onto Hayleigh's father and grandmother.  I pray this information can help them get this little girl back home with her father and to safety. It's my understanding that the child's natural mother married this offender recently.  I would think that any child molester would not be allowed, by law, to be anywhere near children! Maybe the reason Hayleigh is dropped off at various people's homes is so the offender won't be caught "living" with the child, yet the mom can continue to collect child support...who knows? I think it's wonderful that you hold up each child in prayer that passes through your jurisdiction!  With such messed up families in today's world, they certainly need prayer.  May God bless you richly!
