Dear Doves....I would like to ask all of you if you could pray for a dear Brother in Christ who is suffering from a rare form of cancer in his neck.  As the tumor has enlarged, it has produced problems with his breathing, which as you can imagine, is very difficult and frightening (although he never complains).
  Brother Ernie is a Native minister  who has dedicated his life to taking the Gospel to the remote reserves of the first nations people, in Northern British Columbia(Canada).  He is full of God's Love and Joy and has a deep call on his life to see the Lord bring his people out of bondage .
  He has asked me if I would ask you all to pray for him this morning.  Knowing how faithful you all are to respond to the prayer requests of others, I said I would gladly do so.  Thank you dear brothers and sisters in Christ....and thank you John for this site which provides the opportunity for prayers to be lifted up from all over the world.  Blessings on you all, Kathryn LeCorre
 PS..and please pray for Ernie's ministry.  Many of he First Nations people in the north are suffering from high suicide rates, alcholism, drug addiction and despair.  Many of the elderly who have come out of the residential school system are so emotionally damaged, they have lost all hope.  Through the dedication and unconditional love of workers like Brother Ernie, who have given up all to serve the Lord and His people, the Good News has taken root and produced much fruit, but it is a slow process....and the workers are few.
