Money Miracle 5, Washer When Needed  #408

The first four money miracle messages are linked below. This message is also about Patty and me. My health went down and so did my income. We could not pay all of our bills. Dinner was often pasta with a can of soup poured over it.
 
Then our washer died. It was approximately twenty-five years old. We bought it used and had it seventeen years. It had been repaired several times. After the last time, the repairman told us not to call him when it quit again. Now the washer was finished and we could not replace it.
 
Patty was working full time plus overtime. We had only one car and it was  beginning to break down. Washing at the laundromat cost several dollars each week. Our broken washing machine was costing us time, transportation, and cash we could not afford. This added to our physical and mental stress and tiredness.
 
When you pay bills late and eventually become more than a month late, you do not enjoy going to your mail box. Patty came into our house one day with a letter from a company she did not recognize. The business size envelope contained a letter announcing she had won a new washer and dryer set. JESUS to the rescue again.
 
You are already thinking coincidence/ chance/ fate/ etc. When I tell you that Patty had never won anything in her life, you will think she was overdue to win something. You need to consider the timing of this. Both the washer and the car came to us when our life developed to the point that we had a real need. JESUS probably let us use the laundromat for a month just so we would understand a new washer was a need, not just convenience.
 
You know from past messages that we included asking for another washer in our prayers. We did not make a big deal about it, but only mentioned it. We believed Father YAHWEH would provide. We did not know how. I was expecting someone to offer us a used one they were replacing. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit think bigger than we do.
 
I love The Bible verse Psalm 42:11 “Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.”  We did praise Him (YAHWEH) and put our hope in Him before our miracle washer.
