Dear Lou Ann, Jos and Robin,We are upholding you in our daily prayers that the Lord give you, Lou Ann, a peace that passes all understanding, and that He miraculously intervenes in your life to turn the situation around completely to the good. It is always darkest just before the dawn.
"Sorrow is but the guest of a night and joy comes in the morning."God is able to bring good out of the worst of circumstances and He knows your hurts and needs. May His grace enable you each day to take it one day at a time, concentrating on the good and keeping hope and faith alive, despite adversity. May you rest in His love and Word to re-strengthen yourself.
God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power ( Holy Ghost enablement )
and love ( including a wholesome love and care for one's self )
and a sound mind ( washed in His caring Word ).May His love be made manifest and very real to you soon.

And Jos, we are praying that your daughter comes to herself and realizes the path she is on. We are told in God's Word that a child raised in righteousness will return to that righteousness sooner or later,
( Proverbs 22:6 )
especially as the Body of Christ prays to bring that about.Regardless of the outcome, we are not responsible for other people's decisions once they are an adult.
Ezekiel 18:20. We cannot carry guilt for the sins of other people. ( Galatians 6:5 ). We can only pray that a person's spiritual eyes be opened ( that they come to their senses and have full realization of their lifestyle in God's eyes, and amend their ways). In the meantime, just " do your best and commit the rest " into God's hands.
As you already know, He is able to work all things to good for those who love God._______________
And Robin, we understand the heartache you must be feeling concerning the illness of your mother. We pray that God will heal her, and keep her from pain and discomfort. And if this be the time of her home-going that she goes out rejoicing with angels carrying her into the loving arms of our Lord. Whether we depart or stay, we are the Lord's.
May God comfort you Robin in this situation.Sincerely In Him,
Jim Goodrick
