Here in Sydney, Australia the New South Wales State Government have just
started airing ads on TV showing people walking around with numbers on their
hands.

The major focal point of these ads are in fact the numbers on hands, along
with nice soft relaxing music.

The ads are to inform people of a change to train timetables. Train
timetables have been changed before and images like these were not used.

I believe the preconditioning stage has started here in Australia.
