4Peter said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah."

Mark 9:4
4And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking with Jesus.
The surround tractates also include the fact that Moses and Elijah were "in a cloud". I checked the LXX and the same Greek word for cloud is used for "cloud by day" and pillar of fire by night. It is clear that Moses and Eliyahu were "inside" the Shekinah Glory on the mount of transfiguration. How did Moses, who was prohibited from entering the Holy Land, who died at Mount Nebo, make it into "heaven" as symbolized by his making it into the Holy Land, seen in the Shekinah Glory and next to Elijah who was taken up to HEAVEN!The answer lies in Galatians, where the Holy men, like Abraham: 'And the Gospel was preached unto Abraham",,,,and it was accounted unto Him as righteousness.
In Hebrews 4:1-3, The Gospel (and The Law) were given to Moses, AND HE LIVED BOTH. Our confession has to be the Jesus is Lord; but even more so Jesus is YHVH as the Greeks had no stereotypical equivalent for the letters Y,H,V, so the Greeks used Kurios (& lexical number, genetive variants).
Thus before the crucifixion, righteousness was aqchieved the same way it is today: Jesus is YHVH, and following the Lord's (YHVH) commandments. Yeshua said 'I have not come for the righteous, but for the lost sheep of Israel'. Obviously many knew the Gospel given in Issaiah et al. and believed.
In The Book of Enoch, Yeshua (Metatron), ic titled the "Lesser YHVH" and in the description of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis, there is a YHVH in heaven contrasted to the YHVH on the earth. These tractates amealoriate the problem of: 'no man has seen the face of God' and Moses speaking 'Face to Face' with God. The solution Moses spoke with the "Lesser YHVH", while Yeshua was saying that no man has seen God the Father, the Greater YHVH.
