"Gaza Disengagement and Nita Johnson"

I, too, have been following the Gaza disengagement and find it truly heartbreaking.  What are Bush and Sharon thinking?  And who are we to insist Israel go back to its pre-1967 borders.  Egypt declared war on Israel and lost.  Israel won (hand of God) a! nd took the Gaza Strip.  Back then it was just desert.  Today, thanks to the hard work of Israeli settlers (and encouraged by Sharon), it produces most of Israel and some of Europe’s vegetables, fruits, and flowers.  The desert bloomed.  There’s a dairy farm…2nd largest in Israeli with 800 cows…that has to be moved.  Understand even the Palestinians who live and work there are sorry to see this happen.  When the Israelis leave, these particular Palestinians will be unemployed and quite possibly viewed as collaborators.  Gaza wi ll become another terrorist stronghold.  So I’ve been praying for a miracle…for God to show Himself strong on behalf of His people.

But then I see Loretta’s post referencing Nita Johnson’s (John Clark’s post) 2003 word on the Division of the Land of Israel.  At that name, I sit up and take notice.  This woman is the founder and president of World for Jesus Ministries in Omaha, Nebraska.  I’ve heard her testimony a few years back on Sid Roth’s Messianic Vision and have read one of her books, PREPARE FOR THE WINDS OF CHANGE.  She is a true prophet of God.  So I read and reread her perspective on this division…as God revealed to her.

So, many thanks to Loretta Lee in bringing the name to my/our attention.  And thank you to John Clark for posting.
