"The Political/Security Cabinet has voted to approve the establishment of a seaport in the Gaza Palestinian Authority (PA).
Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz told cabinet members that Israel will maintain overall security control of territorial waters, explaining this will ensure the sea route is not used for the importation of weapons and ammunition."
