It doesn't matter whether you have a dream or an out of body experience.  If the dream or out of body experience contradicts and disagrees with what is in the Bible, then what you heard in your dream or out of body experience is a lie. Although in these end times, it looks like evil is abounding and increasing, God does triumph over evil.  The Bible is the truth, and our Lord Jesus tells us in Revelation 1:18,  "I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death."  And Revelation 20:10 says, " And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."  So God does indeed triumph over evil.
