Just want to add our personal garden report here from NW Wisconsin.

My husband and son planted our garden (very early!) on raised beds of dirt which then form ditches between the beds of vegetables.  They trickle-fill a very large barrel with water and then quickly dump it into the ditches.  In this way they have been able to get water to the garden in an efficient way.

The sun damage however is another thing!  I've noticed that some green beans are sun-burned as well tomatoes.  We are blessed that we are getting produce from our garden, but not all in this area can say that.  If their garden was not in early and if irrigation is not possible, then there will not be much of a harvest.

Right now I think the heavy dew which we are blessed with at times is the only source of water for many plants here!

The Father can "terrorize" waaaay beyond what puny humans try to do!  And man's silver and gold, stocks and bonds, property and "things" do not make very good meals.
