My understanding is:

"beasts" of the earth = government systems

"woman" = religious system

(and a whore is ALWAYS a anti-YHVH system!)

So when beasts are spoken of in prophecy I understand these to be human constructed/devised systems of governing.

When a woman is spoken of in prophecy I understand this to be a system of religion.

It is from that perspective that I see the women and beasts in Revelation.

The whore of Mystery-Bab-religious system ride the future world-government system.
