My brother is a Christian Attorney, and just emailed this to me about one of his clients.  Lets lift Lois up in prayer, that she will have unprecedented favor with this judge and the legal harassment she has been put through for doing the right thing would end.  Lets ask God to give her His peace through this trial, a favorable outcome and even a financial reward for all of her altruistic efforts on her brother's behalf.  Let the judge's eyes be opened to the injustice and legal harassment going on here, exposing the evil and turn the verdict in this servant of the Lord's favor.  (Nothing is impossible with God!)

A prayer request too.  A woman (Lois) helped out her brother who is mentally deficient.  He owned property all over the US and was losing them as he could not pay all the RE taxes on them.  After he almost lost the real estate to a scam artist I talked him into moving them into a trust and appointing his sister as trustee.
 
She did beautifully and sold the properties for excess of FMV and carefully applied or withheld funds as a spendthrift trustee should.  She wasn't perfect in her filing system, though we have checks and bank recs to prove everything.
 
Anyway, the beneficiary's girlfriend got attorneys involved when we tried to go for full conservatorship.  They contested and contested and finally she gave in and allowed them to be conservator.  They immediately began investigating her and have run these people out of money and are looking for more.  They attempted to prove that she sold for less than FMV and failed (we actually sold well above FMV).  They attempted to prove that bank accounts were missing and failed.  They brought in a forensic accountant who found nothing.  They are now attempting to surcharge Lois for "undocumented transactions" and "necessary attorney fees and costs" which THEY have caused the estate.  They cannot or will not disclose which transactions they are not documenting and can't explain why Lois should have to pay for their fees, never the less, they seem to have this judge in their pocket.  I greatly fear for her.  She is a devout Christian and is arriving back from Taiwan where she teaches the Bible to children once a year.  A final decision is being made.  Please pray for her.
