Dear John & Doves,
 
Being mature & having osteoporosis, falling is not the wisest thing I can do.
Has a bad fall yesterday on my worst knee, but both knees lost their spring years ago, I have to drop into chairs & push myself  up out of them, also getting in & our of cars is something to behold.  Need prayers for legs & hips please.
Looking forward to the Rapture & the new body, but until then this one has to keep working so I can take care of myself.
