Fear Not!  Do not be afraid!  Be strong and courageous!  It seems that
God is constantly telling people this in the Old and New Testament.   As
I read the Dove letters and the news headlines, it is easy to get caught
up in fear, worry and concern.  But God told us these things were going
to come to pass

 2 Tim 3:1-5  "This know also, that in the last days perilous times
shall come.  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous,
boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful,
unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers,
incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady,
highminded, lovers of pelasuers mor than lovers of God;  Having a form
of godliness, but denying the power therof:  from such turn away"

Jude 17  - 25
"But, dear friends, remember what the apostles of  our Lord Jesus Christ
foretold.  They said to you 'In the last times there will be scoffers
who will follow their own ungodly desires.' These are the men who divide
you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit.  But
you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray
in the Holy Spirit.  Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the
mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.  Be
merciful to those who doubt; snatch others from the fire and save them;
to others show mercy, mixed with fear -- hating even the clothing
stained by corrupted flesh.  To him who is able to keep you from falling
and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and WITH
GREAT JOY to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power, and
authority, through Jesus Christ Our Lord, before all ages, now and
forevermore!  Amen."

We should be praying and acting to stop the evil in our nation, but we
should never be discouraged.  These are evil and perilous times, but our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has overcome the world    We overcome too
by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of Our Testimony.  Be bold in your
faith - Bear Witness that Jesus lives with your daily life - give an
answer for the hope that is within you.

Perhaps God will answer our prayers for the revival and great awakening
of our nation and the world.  Wouldn't it be wonderful if the US and
other countries were decimated not by natural disaster, but because when
the rapture happens there were only a few people left to populate the
country.  Our God is an awesome God who can do ANYTHING.

We are the redeemed of the Lord, we should not fear death nor fear life,
we have abundant life in Jesus - We are free!  So brothers and Sisters,
Fear Not!
