If the terrorists nuke NYC then the UN will be toast. Would that make the AC's job easier since he wouldn't have to deal with squabbling and such from the nations of the UN over resolutions to hand over power to him and would make many willing to adopt a new global system now that the old one is kaput. Or would it make it harder because the current "world government" is gone and can't endorse him???
