Dear John & Doves,
 
I want to say 'thanks' to everyone who wrote to me while I was away, it made for
a very nice 'welcome back' when I returned home last night.
 
While I am always a bit cautious of what I call 'anecdotal evidence', I would like to
ask everyone if, in their geographic areas, if they have noted (or heard of) any
drastic changes regarding babies being born?
 
In my area, a nurse who works in the local hospital has mentioned that it seems
that the rate of births has suddenly increased, well over any previous numbers for
past years.  She told me today that this past weekend, there were 12 new births,
when the usual number would be something between 3 or 4.  She said that it was
her understanding that other hospitals were experiencing similar increases.
 
It may be nothing more than a fluke, but it did seem odd to me. Whether or not it
has any prophetic significance I cannot say. But it is curious.
