  In reply to your 8/09 post about Saddam's Stroke, in my 7/29 post at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2004/donnad729-3.htm  there was a link at  http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/allnews/tm_objectid=14467737&method=full&siteid=50143&headline=saddam-s--stroke--name_page.html showing that Saddam had a minor stroke.  However, the next day I posted an article from  http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&e=4&u=/ap/20040729/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iraq_saddam_s_health that stated that Saddam had a prostate infection and the article also stated that he hadn't had a stroke and that the stroke was a rumour spread by the media. That was article was posted in my letter at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2004/donnad730-1.htm  Apparently you didn't see this second article.
