"Re: Margaret Wilson Prayer Request"

I am responding to the August 14th post by Margaret Wilson. Although this is a very delicate subject, I'd still like to share it with the 5Doves viewers.

I've had family members go through very painful and agonizing "bouts" of constipation who could only find "relief" after going to the Emergency Room at the hospital. It may amuse some, but it's a most painful form of suffering that many do not understand the grief and pain others endure because of strong medications, etc.

I give God so much praise and gratitude for leading me to a Health Food Store nutritionist who shared her following formula with me. She miraculously created it, and it is so highly successful that the hospital in her town now uses it quite successfully for its patients. I'd like to share that formula with the 5Doves viewers who in turn can share it with others.

POTTIE PASTE

1/3 Cup of Millers Bran
1/4 Cup of Prune Juice
1 Cup of Motts Natural Apple Sauce - Unsweetened (ingredients: water and apples only)

Mix in bowl, and refrigerate.

For "chronic" cases, 1 tablespoon 3 times a day with meals.
For "daily maintenance," 1 tablespoon once a day.

For chronic constipation, it may take two to three day for "regularity" to return.

Shiloh Farms Organic Unprocessed FINE Bran 16 oz. (1 lb.) 454g sells for about $1.60 or so at most health food stores. Keep refrigerated.

A 6-pack of small cans of Sunkist Prune Juice is economical by storing unused portion in refrigerator for further use in making another "batch." Pitch out little remaining juice as it begins to sour. This, of course, depending on how often the batch is made.

Keep apple sauce refrigerated.
