"Who is "he" in Dan 9:27? plus the rest of the story"

From: Marilyn Agee
Dan 9:24-27 (KJV) says, “Seventy weeks (weeks of years, i.e., 490 years) are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25  Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks (i.e., 49 years), and threescore and two weeks (434 years): the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26  And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off (i.e., in 30 AD), but not for himself (i.e., he was crucified that we might be saved): and the people (i.e., Romans) of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary (i.e., Jerusalem and the Temple were destroyed by the Roman army in 70 AD); and the end thereof shall be with a flood (i.e., with a tsunami when an asteroid hits the NE Mediterranean Sea), and unto the end of the war (i.e., Armageddon) desolations are determined. 27  And he (the Roman prince that shall come) shall confirm (gabar, strengthen) the covenant with many for one week (i.e., seven years): and in the midst of the week he (the Roman prince that shall come) shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations (shiqquts, idols) he (the Roman prince that shall come) shall make it (i.e., the sanctuary) desolate, even until the consummation (i.e., the Day of God’s Wrath), and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”
Mat 24:15,16 says, “When ye therefore shall see the abomination (an idol) of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, [topos, spot] (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16  Then [tote, at that time] let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains”.
Rev 6:15-17 says,  “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16  And SAID TO THE MOUNTAINS AND ROCKS, FALL ON US, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17  For the great day of his wrath (i.e., the consummation) is come; and who shall be able to stand?”
Rev 8:8,9 says, “And the second angel sounded, and as it were A GREAT MOUNTAIN burning with fire was cast into the sea (i.e., the NE Mediterranean Sea): and the third part of the sea became blood; 9  And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.”
Rev 8:10-11 says, “And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star (aster, star, asteroid, meteorite) from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers (“Pison... Gihon...Hiddekel...and Euphrates, Gen. 2:10-14), and upon the fountains of waters;  11  And the name of the star (aster, star, asteroid, meteorite) is called Wormwood (meaning bitter): and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.”
Rev 18:2-4 says, “And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 3  For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication (i.e., joined) with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. 4  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people (i.e., the Last-Trump Rapture, I Cor 15:51-54), that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
Rev 18:21 says, “And a mighty angel took up A STONE (i.e., Wormwood) like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.”
Isa 22:16-19 says, “What hast thou here? (Babylon) and whom hast thou here (the Satan indwelt False Prophet), that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he (Satan) that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock (i.e., on Wormwood)? 17  Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee. 18  He will surely violently turn and TOSS THEE LIKE A BALL into a large country (i.e., not into tiny Israel): there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house. 19  And I will drive thee from thy station (min, a part of,  matstsab, fixed spot), and from thy state (maamad, position) shall he pull thee down.”
Isa 51:9 says, “Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD (i.e., the Son of God, Jesus, Isa. 53:1-6); awake, as in the ancient (qedem, beforetime) days (i.e., before Adam), in the generations of old (i.e., when the angels that left their first estate lived on Earth before Adam was created). Art thou not it that hath cut (chatsab, split) Rahab (i.e., Satan’s planet, now our Asteroid Belt), and wounded the dragon (i.e., Satan)?”
Isa 53:1-6 says, “Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? 2  For he (Jesus) shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4  Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5  But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6  All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”
A huge asteroid impact blasted the material that formed the Moon out of the Pacific Basin, and left the Earth waste, desolate, empty and dark.
Gen 1:2 says, “And the earth was (hayah, became) without form (tohu, waste and desolation), and void (bohu, empty); and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”
Jude 1:6,7 says, “And the angels which kept not their first estate (i.e., the planet Rahab), but left their own habitation (i.e., left Rahab and came to Earth), he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. 7  Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”
