Sounds like me for about 5yrs including the same med.

My solution:  off the med & take "Organic Apple Cider Vinegar - with mother"
( the raw, unprocessed type with the sediment on the bottom of bottle).
The best brand is "BRAGGS" - available at many health stores.

So, at night, take a shot of it, 1 or 2 ounces, straight or a little diluted in water.
It is a little difficult to take down, but drink it down FAST at once undiluted preferably and then nothing to eat or drink after it, and go to bed.

I also take it before my lunch on an empty stomach daily.
