"More on First Fruits and
2520 days"
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/apr2011/sharong47.htm
This is from my post from yesterday:
"I added 2520 days for the Tribulation to April 23, 2011 which is First
Fruits and a date some predict the rapture could happen, as it is the
day Christ arose. The resulting date, March 17, 2018 is Nissan 1
according to hebcal.com. The first day of the year on God's holy
calendar to start the millenium. How about that?"
I wish to add that these bookend dates of this 2520-day period, 4/23/11
and 3/17/2018 are both Sabbaths. It seems kind of coincidental
and perhaps significant that they are both Sabbaths if this were the
time of the rapture and the beginning of the Millenium with the
Tribulation in between. The rapture is referred to as the Sabbath
rest in the New Testament; there is also a verse concerning the Coming
of the Lord in Isaiah that states "from one Sabbath to another":
Isaiah 66:23-24
23 And it shall come to pass
That from one New Moon to another,
And from one Sabbath to another,
All flesh shall come to worship before
Me,” says the LORD.
24 “ And they shall go forth and
look
Upon the corpses of the men
Who have transgressed against Me.
For their worm does not die,
And their fire is not quenched.
They shall be an abhorrence to all
flesh.”
Hebrews 4:1,9-10
God's People Enter His Sabbath Rest
1 God's promise of enjoying his rest still stands. So be careful
that none of you fails to receive it. . . .9 So there is still a
Sabbath rest for God's people. 10 God rested from his work. Those
who enjoy God's rest also rest from their work.
