Hello, John and Doves,
Three things, even four are
necessary to realize when we contemplate the love of God.
God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life." John 3:16
2. [Jesus said in the
Garden of Gethsemane, on the night He was betrayed] "...Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from
me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done." Luke 22:42
3. " 'And I will bring 935 the third
part 7992 through
the fire 784, and will
refine 6884 them as
silver 3701 is refined
6884, and will
try 974 them as
gold 2091 is tried 974: they shall call
on my name
8034, and I will hear 6030 them: I
will say 559, It [is] my people 5971: and they
shall say 559, The LORD 3068 [is] my God 430.' " Zechariah 13:9
The Name of God means, "I am the Becoming
One." In other words, He is
what we need, whatever we need--for everyone at any given time.
He is Awesome!!!
Putting these three things together, we
realize with the apostle Paul:
we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
"For whom he did foreknow, he
also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son,
that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
"Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he
also called: and whom he called, them he also
justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
shall we then say to these things? If
God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?
that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall
he not with him also freely give us all things?
"Who shall lay any thing to the charge of
God's elect? [It is] God that justifieth.
[is] he that condemneth? [It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is
risen again, who is even at the right hand of God,
who also maketh intercession for us.
"Who shall separate us from the love of
Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril,
it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are
accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved
"For I am persuaded, that neither
death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things
present, nor things to come,
height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us
from the love of God, which is in
Christ Jesus our Lord."
The reason Jesus had to die on the Cross of
Calvary was that The Father wanted to say two things at once:
"For the wages of sin is
death, but the gift of God
is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23
avails himself of this gift by faith, then he is
saved for all time:
"...God's gifts and his
call are irrevocable."

Hi Doves. Please pray for my coworker
Barb and her family. Her nephew was just killed by a road side bomb. I
am fairly sure she does not know Christ yet. I do not know the rest of
