My comment: Japan has been vicious with
China and the USA for instance. Christians have said that God is
having the Last Word with Japan the way He did with
Amalekites. In I Samuel
15:1...."therefore harken thou unto the voice of the words of
the Lord. (2) Thus saith the Lord of Host, I remember that which
Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, which he
came up from Egypt. (3) Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy
all that they have, and spare them not, but slay both man and woman,
infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass."
Saul lost his favor with God because he spared what God told him not
to. God says too in Malachi 3:6 "For I am the Lord, I
change
not...." (There it is! This is not to say, however, we
should not help Japan all we can. It's just the Word of the Lord for cruel people then.
