That was exactly my reaction also…followed immediately by “and the Lamb of God”.

I saw both resemblances in the portrait.

This is a brilliant article. I think that the 'portrait of Jesus' on the front of one of the recently discovered codices, looks remarkably like 'The Lion Of Judah'. Astonishing stuff.
