The creation of the 3rd heaven, the eternal abode of GOD, along with the
creation of Satan and all the creatures of heaven , were created long before GOD
created the Earth and our physical creation........ Satans fall also had to be
before the Genesis account.
Our physical creation and ""time"", which were created in Genesis, were very good......... The reason for creation was to resolve the angelic conflict--and so GOD could have a family who would choose to love Him.......

1:1 God says He created everything, then starting in Gen 1:2 He says how he did
it....
