Try Valerian root Boil water add to cup with one tsp Valerian root let seep for at least 15 min strain you can sweeten and or add milk. Valerian helps you get to ream sleep. It does't smell good but it really helps you sleep with no drowsiness use for 2-4 weeks  and you should be sleeping regular
