This one shows cars stuck on bridges, and people running on foot.

This could easily happen along ANY coastline in N. America.

I think man has been building too close to the shore lines.

London and Rome and Paris are far from coastlines for a reason......coastal areas were probably washed out at one in time history.  Eventually our ancestors learned not to build right along the coast.  But recent generations have forgotten this important lesson.
