"Did Paul Go To Mount Sinai in Arabia?"

Mount Sinai in Arabia

After Saul's conversion he was taught the gospel by revelation from Jesus. The new man Paul did not go to a man to learn it. Jesus revealed to him the amassing plan of God. We are not told exactly how that encounter went. He states he went to Arabia and it was three years before he went to Jerusalem. I've heard it it taught that he spent this time of transition and learning in Arabia. In the same letter he goes out of his way to state that Mount Sinai is in Arabia! I shouldn't read into this more than is said buy is it possible that he went to receive this revelation upon the holy mountain that Moses climbed to receive the commandments of God. There are a few possible reasons I can think of why the Holy Spirit would not have him declare this if it happened that way. One being it would have been hard for a Hebrew to hear anyone compare himself in any way to Moses, especially with what happened on Mount Sinai.

Galathians 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.

Galathians 4:24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. 25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
