I watched that clip of Perry Stone,
If you actually listnen, he does preach an excellent word from THE WORD OF GOD.
Yes I saw that hand, I believe he meant nothing by it, I bet he wasn't even aware of how he had his hands, he was very fiery in his preaching! Anyone can do that acidentally.
If you pointed this out to him I bet he would be horrified.
 
Don't look too much into this with Perry, he preaches the Word of God and he has done so for many years.
 
If this hand gesture was made by some dubious preacher whose preaching is whishy washy mixed with half truth, I would take more notice of it.
 
Remember the Lord told us to watch their fruit, for by their fruits you shall know them, not by their hand gestures....
