The sadness that you felt about the state of America reminds me of a dream I had in 1999.  I remember I was in a group of believers and was in hiding.  I remember going from abandoned buildings to other ones, as we were being chased for being Christians.  We stopped and rested then one person pulled out of his pocket a piece of paper and began singing  a song about America and all I remember is that song was so powerful I began to such a sorrow that I began to cry.  In the dream the song was about how America began and where it has fallen to, and the immense sorrow God has for her state.  Oh how sad it was, and I woke up with tears running down onto my pillow.  I had never had a dream where I cried over America and was woke up for tears falling off my face.  Very moving it was, and I will never forget it.
