Many years ago, Friends of Israel, a Hebrew-Christian missions board, circulated a booklet about the 10 Virgins.  The tract explained that 5 Virgins were the church and 5 Virgins were Israel.  Any one who has not read Kays detailed email can go to the link above and see the thinking from the Jewish perspective.
