Dear John & Doves ...

I'm not certain as to who the original post should be attributed to, but the entire character of the post from the 'RITA' site (whatever that is) sounds about the way I would expect Satan to accuse God, because after all: Satan IS the 'Accuser', and there are lots of accusations in that post about "God sending His children to Hell" ... "why didn't He" do this or that, "wasn't He able to" prevent such and such a thing, as to the comments regarding Adam and Eve being 'plucked' out of God's Hand, their condemnation was based upon their own sin when they chose to disobey God.

That does not mean that they were 'plucked' out of ANYone's hand, let alone God's. It means that because God is Holy, and cannot tolerate sin in His Presence, Adam and Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden, and the reason they were under the penalty of sin from that point forward is because at that point on the eternal timeline, Jesus had not yet gone to the Cross as a Sacrifice for their sins, our sins, and the sins of all humanity.

God's promise not to let someone be 'plucked' out of His Hand is based upon that person first turning to Him through Christ Jesus, confessing their sin, acknowledging and proclaiming that their spiritual fate is eternal damnation and separation from God, unless they come to the Saviour, be saved and born again, brought under the redemptive Power of the Blood of Jesus Christ, shed upon the Cross for us all and become new creatures in the Lord Jesus.

As to who goes to Hell, and who goes to Heaven, all that matters is that Almighty God will deliver true Justice, and His Will is Perfect and Shall Be Done, and our only ultimate obligation is to trust and obey Him as best we can, recognizing that we are still operating in the flesh, in a carnal world which is the natural enemy of God, and place the fate of our eternal souls into His Hands.

"Every day we live, all we can do is our best, and trust Jesus for the rest."
