Some of you that believe we will all be raptured will not understand this. Hopefully there will be some house cleaning by God before the rapture so that the complacent will wake up. But, then again, the waking up may come after the rapture, which would be extremely sad for many who did not think they need to be ready.
 
Here is a scripture that many have ignored.
 
1 Peter 4:17
For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
 
There are 2 different times of this happening. 
These scriptures indicates it started happening then because it also says in Hebrews 12.
 
5 "My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline,
      and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,
 6because the Lord disciplines those he loves,
      and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son."
 
But it also says.
 
8 If you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.
 
So there are those who call themselves and believe they are Christians that are not really his.
 
But then there is the rapture.
 
It is my hope that there will be some heavy dealing by God on those who have abused the Gospel for personal gain. It is also my hope that there will be an obvious heavy warning against those who have distorted and watered down his word.
 
But then again there that may not happen. I would then call this the judgment of the rapture and the complacent will be hard pressed. I do not want to be here so I am doing what I can to be ready by heeding the conviction of the Holy Spirit when I sin or when I feel compelled to do something he puts on my heart.
