We keep going round and round on this and we keep getting hung up on this concept of salvation. We are not talking about salvation, no one can earn that. We are talking about an event that will be happening re his believers. If Jesus tells us to be prepared don't you think he means exactly what he says?. Why would he tell his believers to be prepared if they did not need to be prepared or they could not prepare? Does not make any sense.
