I think we all have a tendency to want approval or support of our opiniions. It is sort of a help boost my ego thing. As I think of the prophets, for example, I realize God could never use such a person. The prophets stated what should have been obvious but was ignored because the people did not like to be inconvenienced by a conviction. God's word breaks through all that. The soul needs strong medicine, weak medicine is like giving some one a placebo. We have hard times coming. Let us toughen up our souls by yeilding to what we have resisted for so long. Soft soap won't sell in hard times.
