Why would the Lord build a new temple of stones and mortar when He has told us WE are the temple? WE are the living stones, just as Christ is the cornerstone that the builders rejected? The church is NOT a building, but the people, the congregation, the ecclesia, the called out ones. Those who are looking for a new temple building to be constructed in Jerusalem, to be inhabited by the shekinah glory of the Lord are mistaken. His presence departed there, just as His presence departed from Shiloh. God does not move backwards, He moves forwards.
