"A Few Reasons Why I Think the Rapture Might Occur Spring 2008"

Here are some thoughts I have gathered from various sources, that all seem to point toward Spring 2008 as a likely rapture time:

1) The letters on Five Doves (Sam Orlando and others) which pointed out the fact that there are 1260 days, in any given year, from                         Firstfruits (our Lord's resurrection day) to Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement (the only day of the year that the priests entered the                 Holy of Holies.)
It makes sense that we who are "in Christ" might be resurrected on Firstfruits, as well, and that the Antichrist might accomplish the             Abomination of Desecration on Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement, 1260 days later.

2) I have learned from various sources (including Sir Robert Anderson's book The Coming Prince) that the fall feasts pertain particularly             to Israel (not the Church.) It makes sense that the Lord might also "provoke them to jealousy" by catching His Church away on                     Firstfruits (His resurrection day.) Some might take note. :)

3) As many have pointed out, Firstfruits 2008 occurs before Israel's 60th Birthday (and the peace treaty presently "in the works" is slated             to take place before "the big day.")

4) The peace attempts officially started (with Jimmy Carter) in a signing in 1978. The peace process is now "about to be 30 years old" and             ready (ripe/mature) for its 3 and 1/2 year "ministry" (headed up by the Antichrist ~ thus mimicking Christ's life and ministry.)

5) As some have pointed out on Five Doves, the peace treaty can only be "confirmed" in the first year of a set of years known as a Shevuim.             Each of the last three attempts have occured on the first year of "a set of seven" (according to the Jewish calendar): 1993/1994;             2000/2001; and now, 2007/2008.

6) Again, the letters on Five Doves that pointed out the fact that in some (sets of-) years, from Firstfruits to Nisan 1 ("the day kings go out             to battle"), 7 years later, there are 2520 days (and 2550 days, in all other sets of years.) 2008-2015 (from FF - Nisan 1) fits                     this model of 2520 days. It makes sense that the King of Kings "go out to battle" (Armageddon) at that time (Nisan 1, 2015.)

7) It has been pointed out that 2015/2016 is a year of Jubilee ("freedom and release.")

8) I am unsure, as of yet, about the exact meaning of the "2300 morning/evening" prophecy in Daniel 8, but I do believe it pertains to the                 morning and evening offerings that will begin to take place. I believe it is referring to 1150 days (not 2300), and I find it                         interesting that there are 1150 days between Passover (when I believe they might resume "the dailies" - morning and evening) and                 Pentecost (at least in some years that I have figured, so far.) As I said, I'm not sure how this all fits together, but might that be                 the day that the 144,000 are sealed and begin their ministry (Pentecost, of some future year)?
The Jewish leaders are presently practicing these sacrifices, in order to officially resume the practice... soon. Some sources                     have pointed out that if they began the practice in earnest on this Passover (and some have said they indeed have a place to do                     this), then we would see it occur approximately 7 days before our departure on Firstfruits (Noah's 7-day final warning?) I'm                     just not sure if this is indeed where this prophecy fits in during the tribulation period, but it is indeed thought-provoking! Any                     thoughts?

Just some ideas to ponder... There are many others!
