"Could Jesus get our attention?  Would He?"

Hi Friends:

I think it was last Saturday, about 10 in the morning, I was doing housework,
talking to Jesus--many of you know exactly how this scenario goes!

All of a sudden, outside, the birds were cackling and screeching and of course
I went to the window to see.  Well, there is some kind of dispute going
on--probably territorial since this is eggs-in-the-nest season and it involved
about 8 or 10 birds and they were being chased high into the sky and they were
circling and just really acting up.  And I thought, what better way to get a
whole neighborhood's attention  (if Jesus wanted to do that) than by this bird
display.  Of course, I then searched the whole sky, like I do 20 times a day!

It did make me think, though, about how animals, cats and dogs, act up in
advance of an earthquake
and how horses run in circles in advance of a storm.  Animals know first.
Then I was thinking of other ways Jesus could get our attention, to look
outside and look up--sudden wind bursts, a rogue ball hitting the side of a
house, a torn limb, hail, thunder perhaps. The list is as long as our
imaginations.
But He certainly could get our attention to witness His Whole Coming, even in
the night.  Some of you are already hearing the Shofar.  And others of you are
dreaming dreams.

I have asked Jesus to 'get my attention' in advance, and I just feel that
Friends would do that for Friends.

Looking Up!
Marcia
